 machine tool is a CNc miling and boring machining center with high rigidity, high precision and high eficiency. Themachine adopts T-shaped bed, moving column and hanging box structure, equipped with transmission shaft cooling system, andadopts self-made high-rigidity and high-precision shaft boring unit to realize reliable and stable high-precision hole boring andmilling.

Planer-type boring and milling machining center

The J5MB series-planer type machining center adopts a modular, universal, and standardized design concept. Specifically, it features a typical inverted 'T'-type bed, moving column structure, horizontal bed, planer style, and upright spindle box layout. The spindle box balance uses a hydraulic ammonia gas balancing mechanism, equipped with an automatic chip conveyor, chain-type tool magazine, and a workpiece-tool cooling system. An optional high-precision full closed-loop control using a linear scale can be added. At the same time, a large constant-temperature oil tank is used with a special cooling structure to lubricate and cool the spindle, gearbox, motor bearings, and nut parts of various transmission shafts, avoiding machine thermal deformation issues and improving machine accuracy.
